Our Services
We carry out inspections and tests on ships and on equipment installed in port terminals. We give certification and develop procedure manuals.
01Non-Destructive Testing
Structures, components, and systems are tested to evaluate their properties in order to find characteristic differences or welding defects through Ultrasound, Dye Penetrant and Magnetizable Particle Testing.
02Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement
Thickness measurement of steel plates, profiles and pipes, with standard ultrasonic instruments, according to the classification societies and maritime authorities’ requirements.
03Dye Penetrant Inspection
High penetration ink is used to detect surface flaws, such as pores and/or fissures. We also provide certification of parts and devices.
04Magnetic Particle Inspection
The procedure of magnetized particles is used together with the mechanical action of special electromagnets to identify surface flaws.
05Lifting Appliances Inspection
Testing for verifying Safe Conditions on devices and instruments used for cargo handling: Strength measuring on cargo equipment, hoist capacity, cranes quality, among others.
06Gas Free Certificate
Degassing Technicians. Gas-free Inspections for Vessels. Gas-free certificate issued by a duly authorized Gas-free certification expert.
07Repair Management
Quality Inspection and audit repairs reports. Refit control, structure repair monitoring, costs calculation and Coating control.
08Dynamometry
Dynamometric tests and certification for the maritime industry and terminals: Cranes, rigging, derricks, slings, shackles, etc.
09Rocking Test
Slewing bearings comparative tests on cranes installed on ships and port terminals for accident prevention.
10Hydraulic Tests
Hydraulic tests on cargo hoses, pipes, ship tanks and equipment installed on ships and port terminals.

Brake Calibration and Mooring Winches Certification on standards compliance. Wire Rope Break Test.
